Do I pay to list?

No. Listing is always free.

Who pays postage?

Each member posts their own item at their own cost. You can print a parcel label from the swap page.

Is my address shared?

Only with your swap partner, and only after a swap is accepted and you add it to that swap.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

Open a dispute from the swap page. Held credits stay safe while we look into it.

Can I get my credits back as money?

No. Credits can’t be cashed out. That’s what keeps swapping cash-free.
